Breaks and self-exclusion

If a short pause is enough, cooling-off blocks deposits and promotions while still allowing withdrawals. If you need a longer barrier, self-exclusion disables access and removes the account from promotions.

Self-exclusion by request

If you prefer, self-exclusion can also be applied by request for a fixed or open period. During self-exclusion, you won’t be able to log in or request withdrawals yourself.

Withdrawing remaining funds
